US envoy Tom Barrack warns of 'unintended consequences' in Iran war

US ambassador Tom Barrack has said he does not know whether the Iran war was a mistake but acknowledges it has had “unintended consequences”.
He was speaking to Al Jazeera's diplomatic editor James Bays at the Qatar Global Security Forum being held here in Doha. Barrack said that instability is spreading beyond the region.
