'You're Dividing Us, Creating Mistrust': Macron Unleashes On Trump Over Putin Diesel Deal | WATCH

French President Emmanuel Macron has criticised countries continuing to buy diesel despite sanctions, warning that such practices risk creating divisions and undermining trust between allies. Macron said the countries involved were already known and their activities had been mapped, but argued that the issue would have little impact on US President Donald Trump. He described the approach as inappropriate and ineffective, insisting that it would not bring down diesel, gasoline and gas prices. Macron said he would continue engaging with Washington in good faith, presenting data and exploring more effective ways to reduce energy costs. He also called for greater clarity and renewed trust amid debates over imagery and early-warning systems, pledging France’s support in resolving the concerns.
