Chancellor strikes optimistic tone ahead of this month's Budget

The Chancellor says he will "balance the books" in this month's Budget.

Speaking to Sky's economics and data editor Ed Conway, John Healey insisted he would help businesses and do what it takes to improve the nation's finances.

He was speaking after latest figures suggested the UK economy grew 0.1% in August - more than expected.
