Bill Gates predicts "the most dangerous technology humans ever invented" will likely lead to "a lot of negative surprises" in the cyber area.

He warns of AI-related cyberattacks in the next year, says self-governance is not enough, and tells Jake Tapper he's "heard from a number of politicians" and is "hopeful" he'll get the chance to speak to President Trump about what needs to be done to control AI.
