'We're The Boss': Iran BOMBS Supertanker In Hormuz; 3 Ships EXPLODE In 48 Hours | Watch
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Navy says another supertanker has been deliberately struck in the Strait of Hormuz after allegedly ignoring IRGC warnings and attempting to leave through what Tehran described as an unauthorised route. According to the IRGC, the unidentified vessel deactivated its navigation system and disregarded instructions before attempting to exit the strategic waterway. “Consequently, it was struck,” the Guard said. The account has not been independently verified, and no immediate information has been released about casualties, cargo or the extent of damage. The IRGC says this is the third vessel struck in Hormuz within 48 hours. The latest statement sends a direct warning to commercial shipping that Tehran intends to enforce navigation rules in the Strait. Hormuz is one of the world’s most important energy corridors, carrying major volumes of Gulf oil and gas, meaning repeated attacks or uncertainty over safe passage could disrupt vessels far beyond those directly targeted.
