'You Think We Will Fall For Your Drama?': Lavrov Destroys Zelensky In Fiery Speech On Ukraine Offer

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of seeking a ceasefire merely to buy time and secure more Western weapons.

Responding to questions about a proposed ceasefire arrangement, Lavrov said Zelensky had not earned a respite and insisted Moscow would not be persuaded again by assurances and promises. He also claimed Russia would continue pursuing its military objectives in Ukraine.

His comments underline Moscow's resistance to a pause in fighting as diplomatic efforts to end the war continue.
