'Imprisoned for leaving Islam' Ex-Muslim speaks out after escape from Sharia nightmare

AJ, an ex-Muslim who converted to Christianity, joins Connie Shaw to discuss his experience of leaving Islam, being ostracised by his family and community, imprisonment, and his eventual escape from his home country.

In this powerful interview, AJ explains why he says he was forced to fake a reconversion to survive, why he believes freedom of conscience and freedom of speech are under pressure in the West, and why he now feels compelled to speak publicly about his experiences.

The conversation also covers honour and shame culture, apostasy, religious freedom, the treatment of dissidents, migration and integration, political participation, face coverings, and AJ’s concerns about the future of Britain.
