Russia says its forces have targeted Ukraine’s military communications and logistics network in a series of strikes spanning land and sea. The Russian Ministry of Defence reported strikes on an Omega Telecom data centre and a Kyivstar data centre in Kyiv, both described as supporting military communications. Moscow also claimed a Nova Poshta logistics centre in Odesa was struck, along with a dry cargo vessel allegedly transporting military equipment and dual-use goods.
