I Had ONE Week to Sew a Vintage Outfit for a Paris Parade 🇫🇷

AI Article: Perplexity Google Lens
I had one week to make a vintage outfit for the Fête de Paris parade in Paris… and I had never sewn anything before, let alone a whole outfit before!

So naturally, I decided to give it a try.

This was my first time properly sewing an outfit, and there were definitely a few moments when I questioned this decision 😅

But after a very chaotic week of flea market hunting, fabric, patterns, fittings, sewing, and a lot of learning as I went, I finally got to wear it in Paris…. in front of thousands of people!

I’d love to know what you think — did I pull it off?! And would you like to see more videos like this? I still have quite a bit of that red taffeta left, so what should I make with it next?!
