This time, I finally made the katsu curry I’ve been wanting to create 🍛　I found a curry roux that I really love, and it made my usual curry taste even more like the flavor I was looking for.

I also made an old-fashioned firm pudding and a bento inspired by a meal from Chiikawa 🍮
It was a few days of making what I felt like eating and enjoying a little cooking experimentation along the way.
