We escaped Vancouver for the day and discovered a hidden paradise just a short ferry ride away! We drove to Horseshoe Bay Terminal and hopped on the ferry to the Sunshine Coast, a beautiful 40-minute journey with incredible views along the way. Once we arrived, we spent the day exploring some of the area’s hidden gems, including Gibsons Landing and Roberts Creek. From fresh Pacific Coast oysters and seafood chowder to locally made, sustainably sourced ice cream, this day was all about good food, beautiful scenery, and discovering a side of British Columbia we hadn’t really experienced before.
