VISUAL PROOF: Houthis' First 'DIRECT HIT' Video On Saudi F-15; Fighters Celebrate As Jet Burns

Yemen’s Houthis have released footage they say shows a domestically manufactured surface-to-air missile shooting down a Royal Saudi Air Force F-15 over Marib. The video appears to show an airborne target being tracked through an infrared sight before an approaching object converges with it and produces an intense flash. Later images show extensive aircraft wreckage, including a prominent tail section carrying the Saudi flag and appearing consistent with an F-15 stabiliser. Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree claimed the fighter was participating in Saudi operations over Marib. He also said additional missiles forced Saudi F-15 and Eurofighter formations searching for the aircraft to withdraw. Saudi Arabia has not confirmed losing an F-15, disclosed the fate of any crew or explained the Saudi-marked wreckage. The date, location, aircraft type and cause of the crash have not been independently verified.
