Houthi forces have reportedly recaptured the strategic town of Hays in western Taiz and claimed the capture of Saudi-backed fighters. Ansar Allah says PLC forces withdrew after heavy missile and drone strikes, while Houthi footage showed fighters inside Hays. The group also claimed casualties, destroyed vehicles and prisoners in fighting across Al-Jawf. The developments come amid Saudi airstrikes, threats of Houthi retaliation and growing regional tensions involving Pakistan, Iran and Saudi Arabia.
