'OIL, GAS CHAIN WILL BURN': Iran's IRGC Signals Kharg Strike Revenge Is Coming for US Oil Sites

Iran has warned that continued American attacks on its tankers and energy infrastructure could trigger retaliation against US-linked oil and gas interests across the Gulf. Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf described the region’s energy-production network as “sprawling, accessible and exposed,” before declaring: “Strike our assets and you get struck.” The warning followed US attacks that permanently disabled or destroyed three Iranian crude carriers. Washington says the vessels supported a network financing the IRGC and its allies. Tehran argues that vulnerability works both ways—and that American companies, contractors and infrastructure across the Gulf could become part of the expanding economic battlefield.
