Iranian and Houthi strikes, plus Ukrainian drone attacks on Russian refineries, have knocked over 10% of global refining capacity offline. Analysts warn gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel could stay painfully expensive well into 2027 — even if crude prices stay calm.
