Trump, Europe Watch In Shock; Putin's Su-57 Jets Turn Mothership, Ready To Unleash Drone Swarm

Russia is reportedly transforming its Su-57 fifth-generation stealth fighter into an airborne “mothership” capable of launching multiple stealth drones deep into contested airspace. The unmanned platforms are expected to make their world debut alongside the export Su-57E at Egypt’s El Alamein International Airshow. According to Rostec, the drones are being developed for low observability, long range and high speed, with different designs tailored for reconnaissance, electronic warfare and strike missions. The concept could allow a Su-57 to stay farther from heavily defended airspace while sending drones forward to search for targets, detect enemy radar, transmit targeting data, disrupt communications and potentially conduct attacks.
