A beautiful surprise has arrived for our VILLAGE STUDENTS, creating another unforgettable moment for the children and families in our community. Seeing their excitement, smiles and reactions reminds us why these moments mean so much. 🥹❤️
We are deeply grateful for the love and generosity shown to our village students. These are the moments that can encourage a child, create beautiful memories and remind them that people around the world believe in their future. 🙏🏾

Back at our dream home in the village in Africa, we are preparing for another important construction milestone — PLUMBING! 🚿🔧
Step by step, our house continues to transform.
From the major structural work to plumbing, the biodigester, outdoor spaces and eventually the interior finishes, we are documenting this dream-home construction journey as it happens.
Every new stage brings us closer to finally turning this building into the HOME we have dreamed about. 🏡❤️
And after another exciting day, we head back to what we love — FARM-TO-TABLE VILLAGE COOKING! 🌿🔥

🍌 FARM-TO-TABLE GREEN BANANA & VILLAGE-STYLE BEEF “LASAGNA” 🥩🔥
Fresh green bananas become the foundation of our African village interpretation of lasagna.
Instead of making an ordinary lasagna, we take inspiration from the traditional layered dish and give it our own farm-to-table village twist using green bananas and delicious beef.
It’s creative, hearty and made with ingredients that beautifully represent countryside cooking. 🌿❤️
