Hundreds of mourners gathered at St Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin for final send off for musician Glen Hansard.

The Oscar-winning singer-songwriter died last Wednesday at the age of 56 in a road crash, hours after taking part in a trad session at The Wren's Nest pub.

U2 frontman Bono, bandmate The Edge and Pearl Jam singer Eddie Vedder were among the stars who joined family, friends and fans for the funeral service.
