Thrill-seekers and motorcycling enthusiasts gathered at the Expoforum complex in St Petersburg for the opening of the city's inaugural "Piter Moto Fest," a three-day celebration bringing together extreme sports, stunt riding, and live music. Running from July 31 to August 2, the landmark event features high-flying motocross freestyle displays, gymkhana, flat-track racing, and the dangerous "Globe of Death" performance alongside continuous live concerts and motorcycle exhibitions. Organizers described the festival as the first large-scale event of its kind in St Petersburg designed to unite Russian motorcycling culture and extreme sports under a single showcase.
