Addressing the youth of the nation, the Prime Minister highlighted that the new legislation marks a decisive step towards establishing a transparent and technology-driven examination system. Asserting that "merit will prevail, malpractice won't pay," PM Modi assured students that their hard work would be protected and that no one playing with their future would be spared. He stated that successive central and state governments have grappled with paper leak issues for decades, putting students' careers at risk. To address the challenge, the government is taking continuous measures, including setting up fast-track mechanisms, implementing state suggestions, and utilizing technology. Delivering a stern warning to paper leak networks and exam mafias, the Prime Minister reiterated that strict action will be taken under the newly passed stringent law to secure the foundation of a Viksit Bharat.
