Raghav Chadha Defends Anti-Paper Leak Bill In Rajya Sabha, Says 'Students' Anger Is Justified'

During the Rajya Sabha debate on the Anti-Paper Leak Bill, BJP MP Raghav Chadha argued that exam paper leaks require an institutional solution rather than media soundbites.
