Sebastian Wayne Drake Rogers was 15 years old when he disappeared from his Hendersonville, Tennessee home during the overnight hours of February 25–26, 2024.
Now, a federal civil filing brought by Sebastian’s father, Seth Rogers, contains a deeply disturbing allegation involving what a neighbor reportedly overheard before Sebastian vanished.
According to the complaint, the neighbor claimed he heard a statement attributed to Sebastian’s stepfather, Christopher Proudfoot, concerning Sebastian’s well-being.
