Explosions rock Syria's capital Damascus, no reports of casualties so far

There are reports of a series of explosions in the Syrian capital.
A plume of smoke has been seen rising near government ministries.
The blasts come as the French president visits the country ahead of the NATO summit in neighbouring Türkiye.
