We’re kicking things off with some hilarious family challenges—including drawing with our eyes closed while waiting for supper (wait until you see my "stick man"!) and a round of mini-golf. 🏌️♂️ From hole-in-ones to finding a sneaky visitor near the water, it was definitely a "Mini Golf Madness" kind of night!
Back in the Moss Family Kitchen, we’re whipping up something truly restaurant-worthy: Texas Smokehouse Loose-Meat Sliders. Inspired by a burger we saw at Aldi, these sliders feature ground beef cooked with poblano peppers, topped with melted cheese, hot honey BBQ sauce, pickled red onions, and French Fried onions on toasted brioche buns. 🤤
We paired the sliders with a beautiful Strawberry Spinach Salad using berries we picked at the farmers market, topped with feta, walnuts, and a homemade honey mustard dressing.
