Dee Freney's chocolate brownies: Today

Meet Dee Freney, who prepared classic chocolate brownies.

150g chocolate
100g butter
200g caster sugar
100g gluten-free flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
Coulis
200g raspberries
75g sugar
Juice of ½ lime
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
Melt chocolate and butter together gently.
Beat eggs and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.
Stir in melted chocolate mixture.
Fold in flour and baking powder until combined.
Pour into lined tin and bake for 22–25 minutes.
Cool slightly before slicing.
Coulis
Simmer raspberries, sugar and lime juice for a few minutes.
Blend and strain for a smooth sauce.
Serve brownies with cream, coulis and fresh berries.
