It’s all built around what they’re calling the UK’s “foam-o” problem, with new research claiming Brits care more about froth than you might think. Apparently nearly a quarter of Londoners say foam is the most important part, and plenty would drink more plant-based coffee if it delivered on that front.So they’re putting it to the test.
