CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela — Some devotees have cut back on Visita Iglesia, a tradition during Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. This is partly due to the staggering oil price hikes that brought the price of a liter of diesel to at least P121 here and at least P90 for gasoline. “Last year and in the past, we used to travel as far as Manila and Manaoag in Pangasinan to visit churches.
