Pangasinan cuts back on Pista’y Dayat activities
LINGAYEN, Pangasinan, Philippines – The provincial government of Pangasinan has decided to forego the grandiose Pista’y Dayat (Sea Festival) revelry this year, saying the budget would instead be saved and used for projects that would help the Pangasinenses cope with the skyrocketing cost of living.
