CEBU CITY, Philippines — Murder charges have been filed against a man who allegedly stabbed his former live-in partner to death during a barangay fiesta disco in Tuburan, Cebu on March 28. The case was filed on Wednesday, April 1, following the arrest of the suspect a day after the incident. Police identified the suspect in the Tuburan disco stabbing as Jay-ar Dichos Lumbab, who was arrested at around 9 a.m. on March 29 in Barangay Kalangahan during a hot pursuit operation.
