Reform UK unveil former Tory councillor as party’s new Welsh leader
Nigel Farage is clearly hoping voters’ unhappiness with the UK government will pay dividends for Reform in the Welsh parliament elections in May.
He was in Newport today to unveil the party’s Welsh leader – a former London Tory councillor.
Dan Thomas, who grew up in the Welsh Valleys, described the elections as the last chance for Wales. He also repeated Reform’s commitment to abolish Labour’s controversial default 20mph speed limit.
