Based in Berane, she built a reputation as an independent lawyer specialising in criminal and civil litigation. She first garnered significant public attention in 2021 when she broke a nationwide lawyer's strike. Her decision to represent a defendant, Luka Krivokapić, a resident of Nikšić, accused of killing Matija Vujović, was framed as a commitment to the national interest.'When I was called from the High Prosecutor's Office, I first of all felt a moral obligation and responsibility and understood the seriousness of the whole situation, which is why I accepted the defence, even though I am fully aware of the fact that I could suffer certain consequences because of it,' she said of the high-profile case per Vijesti.'If I had refused to represent the suspect before the court, I think I would have disgraced the profession, and why did the lawyers called before me do it - I am not interested in the least, that is their business.'Her professional trajectory eventually led her to the Ministry of Human Rights and Minority Rights. As Director General, she was tasked with promoting and protecting vulnerable groups.Pajković represented Montenegro on the Council of Europe's committee for LGBTIQ+ rights, balancing a serious legal career with a curated public image. The ScandalIn late January 2026, an alleged sex tape involving Pajković leaked. The explicit footage also featured Dejan Vukšić, the former director of the national security agency and ex-adviser to President Jakov Milatović. Vukšić is married with two children and was the former head of the National Security Agency. The tape, which allegedly caught the two engaged in sexual activity, circulated across social media platforms and encrypted messaging apps. At the time of the leak, Vukšić held the influential position of legal adviser to President Jakov Milatović.The intimate video reportedly captured a private liaison between the director and his subordinate, sparking immediate outrage regarding workplace ethics. Pajković has since claimed she is the victim of a coordinated smear campaign. She alleged that Vukšić was threatening her with their sex tape, insisting the footage was recorded and distributed without her consent. She also described the incident as revenge pornography since Vukšić was allegedly blackmailing her with it to silence her, per The Sun.'That my boss would see something that compromised me, where he clearly and directly threatened me that he had compromising material for me, why did I keep quiet at that moment?' Pajković said, according to Pobjeda. 'He told me this personally after I refused to act the way he asked me.'The lawyer has filed formal criminal charges, alleging that the leak was intended to destroy her reputation. Investigators are currently looking into how the private files were accessed and disseminated to the broader public.

Political Resignations and the Fallout Vukšić resigned from his post in December due to personal reasons, following Pajković's filing of criminal charges against him. The former top official, however, has remained defiant despite the termination of his political role.He has publicly denied Pajković's version of events and has launched his own legal counter-offensive. He claimed that his personal property was misused, suggesting that he was not the one who leaked the tape. The former intelligence chief suggested that the narrative of him being a perpetrator of digital violence is factually incorrect.'I reject all inaccurate, incomplete, and tendentious allegations by which, without evidence, responsibility is being attributed to me for the violation of [Pajković's] privacy and the distribution of the disputed recordings. I saw that content for the first time only when it began to circulate illegally on social networks,' said Vukšić (via New York Post).Pajković also vacated her role at the Ministry. She announced her resignation as the director general for the promotion and protection of human rights at the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights on Friday. The case has now transitioned from a tabloid sensation into a complex legal battle involving privacy rights and digital security. Meanwhile, Montenegrin authorities are under pressure to address the lack of protection against the non-consensual sharing of intimate imagery.
