Barry Keoghan sports blonde hair in trailer for new thriller
Barry Keoghan has teamed up with Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry and Mark Ruffalo for a new high-stakes crime thriller.
An over two-minute-long trailer for the film was recently released, showcasing Barry’s blonde look as he sports a pink and white tracksuit.
Crime 101 releases on February 13 and is based on the Don Winslow novella of the same name.

The short story follows a jewel thief in his crimes up and down the Pacific Coast Highway that remain unsolved, in part because of his own strict code, which he called ‘Crime 101’.
Barry plays a thief with ‘disturbing methods’ who has a rivalry with another criminal, played by Hemsworth.
The Dubliner’s character, Ormon, is heard speaking briefly in the trailer, seemingly giving fans a tease for Barry’s American accent.

The film will focus on a multi-million dollar planned heist that sees Barry and Hemsworth cross paths, as Ruffalo attempts to bring them to justice.
Crime 101’s cast is stacked, with the likes of Monica Barbaro, Corey Hawkins, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Nick Nolte also starring.
The trailer is getting positive reactions online, with many fans saying that they ‘cannot wait’ for the film’s release.

Barry’s blonde hair is not the only wild change in appearance that he has recently sported, after being spotted with long red curls in Dublin last week.
The 33-year-old was spotted on set in Ringsend, filming scenes for a new low-budget flick – Lemonade.
The film is reportedly a ‘semi-autobiography’ of Barry’s life, as it will explore the battle of drug addiction. It was also being filmed not far from where the actor grew up.

These two movies are just a part of a number of upcoming projects that Barry is involved in, including starring alongside Cillian Murphy in the forthcoming Peaky Blinders movie.
While there is not much known about his character in the film, it appears that Barry will be leading a new generation of Peaky Blinders.
Netflix released a short teaser on Christmas Eve, where Barry was seen wearing a white vest top with tattoos up his arms.
He is also set to star alongside fellow Irish actor Paul Mescal in a collection of new Beatles biopics, which are expected to be released in April 2028.
Barry will take on the role of Ringo Starr, while Paul is keeping his name with a portrayal of Paul McCartney.
