Maura Higgins clashes with Friends star as Traitors US heats up
Maura Higgins has made her mark on The Traitors US as the Longford lady found herself embroiled in an all-out spat with a fellow cast member following a banishment at the roundtable.
The Love Island star turned TV presenter is currently on the new series of the American version of the show, alongside other big names including reality star Lisa Rinna, actor Michael Rapaport and drag queen Monét X Change.
The first three episodes aired last week, with the next instalment coming this Thursday at 9pm local time (2am Friday morning Irish time).

The third episode of the new series saw outspoken Maura show her fiesty side as she came to loggerheads with Michael, who appeared on the fifth season of Friends.
The clash came as Maura picked up on Michael’s phrasing of how ‘we got rid of’ some of the contestants.
‘Why did you say, “We got rid of?”‘ Maura wondered, ‘Does that mean you’re a Traitor?’

Naturally, Michael refuted the accusation, noting he was ‘as faith as a faithful.’
Maura wasn’t convinced, however, with the 35-year-old reiterating her question as to why Michael used the term ‘we.’
She said: ‘We didn’t — the Traitors did.’
Top Chef star Kristen Kish was in agreement with Maura, pointing out to Michael that he did ‘we’ with the Atypical actor responding: ‘I’ve said a lot of things.’
‘Maybe just stop talking,’ Maura advised.
The blow-out had Traitors viewers taking to X to have their say, with many lauding Maura for her argument with the controversial Michael.

One praised: ‘Maura Higgins is so amazing on the US Traitors she was made for this.’
Another said: ‘Maura Higgins my forever fave #TraitorsUS.’
A third wrote: ‘The fiery Irish! Maura Higgins shut Michael Rapaport right down.’
Others weren’t as convinced, with one person saying she was ‘full of sh*t’ for claiming not to know anybody else in the castle apart from the other Love Island contestant.
‘I’m watching the traitors for the first time,’ another revealed, ‘I am loving Maura Higgins so much. She’s not built for this show at all. Can’t lie, can’t hide her face, is already succumbing to the pressure. And now the housewives are putting her on the spot.’
