BAM announces John Cunningham as first market insights director

Construction and civil engineering firm BAM Ireland has appointed John Cunningham as market insights director. BAM has established the role to strengthen its strategic approach to market trends, client priorities and emerging opportunities in Ireland's built environment sector. Cunningham will lead the development of BAM's market intelligence and analytics capabilities, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic planning, client engagement and business development. He will reported directly to executive director Alasdair Henderson, and he is expected to play a key role in supporting the company’s growth ambitions and market positioning. Cunningham has held senior management positions in Morgan McKinley Group, Irish Permanent TSB and Friends First, and he was an independent non-executive director of Zurich Bank for several years. BAM said his appointment underline its focus on innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in delivering world-class projects nationwide.
