Ryan Tubridy with Dr Clare Kambamettu.'Private Party' signs have been spotted at the speculated wedding venue for Ryan Tubridy and his fiancée Dr Clare Kambamettu.The couple were seen in Clifden, Co Galway, on Saturday where Tubridy's cousins Brian and Ronan Hughes operate the renowned Abbeyglen Castle Hotel, as reported by the Irish Independent. The ex-RTE presenter is taking a break from his Virgin Radio slot in London next week, with DJ Emma B stepping in to cover his shows.On Saturday morning, Tubridy shared a brief video of himself strolling along the pier in Dun Laoghaire, captioning it: "The sun is on its way." By Sunday morning, several signs reading 'Family Event', 'Private Party', 'Residents Only' had appeared on the grounds of the Abbeyglen Castle Hotel, reports the Irish Mirror.Security staff donning orange high-visibility jackets were also noticed in the hotel's car park on Sunday morning. He proposed along the Atlantic coastline, and the pair celebrated the occasion at nearby hotels.Speaking on his radio show at the time, he revealed: "I've been keeping a little bit of news to myself... I'm very happy to confirm I did get engaged to my partner Clare in the west of Ireland." He described the occasion as uplifting, saying it made the world feel "lighter".He also recalled how other guests at the hotel and staff members shared in the celebration, and that everything from the ambience to the weather conditions made it "the right time". The pair's first public appearance following the engagement was at Joe Duffy's retirement celebration in June, where Tubridy playfully directed photographers towards Clare's engagement ring. She happily showed it off as guests extended their congratulations.Dr Kambamettu, a clinical psychologist originally from Athy, Co Kildare, completed her training in London and gained national recognition in 2010 after securing both the London Rose crown and subsequently the Rose of Tralee title.Tubridy also has his own connections to the festival, having hosted it in 2003 and 2004. His previous relationships include a five-year romance with former Rose of Tralee winner Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin, and he was formerly married to broadcaster Anne Marie Power, with whom he has two daughters, Ella and Julia.The couple were last seen together publicly at the Irish Post Awards in London.
