Collision on M3 and bin truck breakdown on Walkinstown roundabout - live updates

There is a bin truck broken down on Walkinstown Roundabout, in the middle lane just before the Cromwellsfort Ex-it, traffic going around it on both sides. There are reports of a collision on the M3 Eastbound at J4 Clonee. Approaches to the M50 are heavy on the M3 and M7. The M50 Southbound is busy but moving between J5 and J6 an J9 and J12. Spots of traffic in the city include Coolock Lane, Swords Road to Dorset Street, and Church Street. There is congestion on the Navan Road too. The right hand turn to Kilmainham from Concolbert is heavy, there is traffic now on Dundrum Road, the Rock Road, and the Grand Canal is slow heading inbound.
