I feel like we talk a lot about confidence and self-love… but honestly, some days it’s hard. Some days my skin is breaking out, my stretch marks and loose skin feels extra noticeable, my workout feels off, or I take a bunch of pictures and don’t like a single one. And it’s so easy to start picking myself apart. But I’ve been trying to remind myself that this is literally just part of being human. My body changes. My skin changes. My energy changes. It doesn’t mean I’m doing anything wrong. Self-love for me right now is more about noticing those moments and not being so hard on myself. Still showing up. Still giving myself grace. Still choosing to talk to myself the way I’d talk to someone I love. And I know a lot of you feel the same way, so if today isn’t your “cute” day, it’s fine.
