Scrutiny over Prince William's Duchy finances as he visits Dartmoor

Prince William is facing scrutiny over the finances of the Duchy of Cornwall during a visit to Dartmoor.

He is giving £1.5m in rental income from the disused Dartmoor Prison to local projects, but questions are being raised over how the Duchy generates its income and charges for the use of its land.
