Andrea Yates' ex-husband reveals her reaction to the Lindsay Clancy trial

Andrea Yates, who drowned her five children in 2001, continues to receive treatment at a Texas mental health facility after being found not guilty by reason of insanity two decades ago. Her ex-husband, Rusty, who recently visited her, said Andrea is familiar with the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy, whose case has been called eerily similar. “She can see news reports posted, that sort of thing, so I think she’s familiar with it, but we didn’t really talk about it in detail,” Rusty Yates tells “CUOMO.”
