NEET Protests: Sonam Wangchuk's First Statement After Ending Hunger Strike | Jantar Mantar | N18V
Sonam Wangchuk ended his 26-day hunger strike after receiving assurances from the government and Members of Parliament across political parties that the issue of accountability in the examination system will be discussed in Parliament. In a video message, Wangchuk also said the government assured compensation for families of victims linked to the recent NEET examination paper leak and that no cases would be registered against students and youths who participated in the peaceful protest.
