I’m also sharing a quick "stove-top" version of a slow-cooker favorite: Creamy Chicken Roll-Ups. Using shredded rotisserie chicken makes this a 10-minute dinner that won't heat up your whole house. 🌮

The Punch:
8 cups of fresh watermelon, lime juice, and pineapple juice. 🍍
Easy Dinner: Shredded chicken, green chilies, and cream cheese rolled into tortillas and baked until perfect.

Watermelon Punch Ingredients:
8 cups fresh watermelon (blended)
Juice of 3-4 limes
24 oz Pineapple juice
4-5 cups cold water
Serve over plenty of ice!
Quick Chicken Roll-Ups:
Shredded rotisserie chicken
1 block cream cheese
2 cans green chilies
Shredded cheddar or mozzarella
Mix chicken, cream cheese, and chilis in pan until cream cheese is melted, add some shredded cheddar and roll into tortilla shells!
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
