Garmin Singapore has introduced the CIRQA Smart Band, its first screen free smart band designed to help users stay on top of their health and fitness without constant notifications or distractions. Offering advanced wellness and activity tracking with no subscription required, the new wearable provides up to 10 days of battery life and around the clock monitoring, with all health data accessible through the Garmin Connect app.
Designed for all day comfort, the CIRQA Smart Band features a discreet, screen free design that allows users to focus on their daily lives while still collecting important health and fitness data in the background. The smart band automatically detects and records a variety of activities, even without a display, with users able to review, edit and confirm activities in the Garmin Connect app. As activities are updated over time, the device learns to improve its activity recognition accuracy.
The lightweight fabric band is available in Black, French Gray, Captain Blue and Mauve, with S/M and L/XL sizing options. It can also be worn on the wrist or as an upper arm band, depending on the user’s preferred activity or sleeping style.
When worn throughout the day and night, the CIRQA Smart Band delivers a comprehensive overview of health by tracking metrics including wrist-based heart rate, Body Battery energy monitoring, Pulse Ox, stress levels and skin temperature. Women can also monitor menstrual cycles and pregnancy, receive improved period predictions and past ovulation estimates based on overnight skin temperature tracking, and synchronise data with the FDA cleared Natural Cycles birth control app through a separate subscription.
The smart band also provides detailed sleep tracking to help users better understand recovery and overall wellbeing. Sleep insights include sleep stages, sleep score, recommended sleep duration, heart rate variability, respiration tracking and nap detection, with all information available within the Garmin Connect app.
Beyond everyday health monitoring, the CIRQA Smart Band supports more than 80 activities, including running, walking and yoga. Users can manually start a favourite activity with a single button press while also accessing advanced training tools such as Training Readiness, HRV Status, VO2 Max and Training Status to better understand workout performance and recovery. Additional features include Workout Benefit and Recovery Time insights, Connected GPS using a compatible iPhone or Android smartphone for outdoor activities, and LiveTrack location sharing, allowing friends and family to follow workouts in real time through the Garmin Connect app.
The Garmin CIRQA Smart Band will be available in Singapore from 7 August 2026 at a suggested retail price of S$279. It will be sold at Garmin Brand Stores, the Garmin Online Store, Lazada, Shopee, Takashimaya and authorised retailers. Customers can also purchase additional coloured bands and an optional upper arm band as accessories.
