USA chicken chain Dave's Hot Chicken is opening its first restaurant in Ireland on June 26.The popular fast food chain is opening a Dublin city centre location, with a galaxy-themed restaurant on the ground floor of One Central Plaza, the former Central Bank headquarters, on Dame Street. But first, they want to give Dubliners a taste of what they are bringing to the table.On June 17, a secret pop-up shop is taking place somewhere in the city, and the first 400 people in attendance will receive a free chicken slider. These lucky 400 guests will get a free preview of the Dave's Hot Chicken flavours, over a week before the restaurant opens.Founded in an East Hollywood parking lot in 2017, the Dublin pop-up is set to channel that original hustle, with a mystery location set to be revealed closer to the date.It will be unveiled on social media in the coming days via @DavesHotChickenUK on Instagram and TikTok.Backed by A-listers including Drake, Usher and Samuel L. Jackson, Dave’s Hot Chicken has built a cult following across the US and made its UK debut in November 2024.
