Look out for the mango cream pie, which layers Alphonso mango jelly, whipped cream and a light pandan custard in signature Sugar Pie green.Zucker gave up her day job to put her chef training to use and set up the business, selling pies from her living room window. Now she’s branching out from the hatch, alternating her home pie sales with a biweekly stall at Francis Road KERB, alongside pop-ups with the likes of Jupiter Burger at Pasero and Rasputins in Hackney.After Blame Butter’s move to Chicago, London has been seriously lacking quality American sweet pies.
