Free family festival in Skerries this June hosted by Fingal's Mayor
Fingal's Mayor, Cllr Tom O'Leary, is thrilled to welcome families, locals and tourists to Mayor's Fest, an exciting two-day family celebration at Skerries Mill.The festival is scheduled for Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June 2026, with activities kicking off daily from 2.00pm. This thrilling family-friendly occasion promises a superb lineup of live performances throughout the weekend.On Saturday, crowds will be delighted by an enchanting Disney Princess Show alongside the massively popular Taylor Swift tribute act. On Sunday, well-loved band Smash Hits and Skerries local favourites Risky Business will take to the stage, delivering crowd-pleasing hits and keeping the energy levels high.Mayor's Fest is completely free to attend, with no tickets needed, making it an ideal chance to enjoy a brilliant day out at the much-loved North County Dublin destination. Visitors can relax with food and drinks at the on-site Windmill Café or at the additional food stalls operating across the weekend.Those attending are urged to travel sustainably wherever possible by using public transport, walking or cycling, helping to ease congestion and support a greener festival experience. Please note there is no parking on-site.Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Tom O'Leary expressed his excitement for the event, saying: "I wish to invite everyone to Skerries for a great weekend at the Mayor's Fest.
