Gray Media and Allen Media Group Close Station Transactions
ATLANTA—Gray Media has closed on its previously announced purchase of 10 stations from Byron Allen’s Allen Media Group for $171 million plus working capital adjustments.On March 26, Gray closed on stations in three new markets: Columbus-Tupelo, Miss.; Terre Haute, Ind.; and West Lafayette, Ind. It acquired the seven remaining stations, all in overlap markets, on May 1.The deal included the following stations:
