Travieso Latin Fusion to close in downtown Waukesha
WAUKESHA — After three years of serving elevated dishes with Latin American flavors and ingredients, Travieso Latin Fusion will close in downtown Waukesha. Located within The Clarke Hotel, 314 W. Main St., the last day for the restaurant’s operations will be April 18. The owners, Dillon Knight and Arnie Gonzalez, said as their lease comes to an end and the private party and catering division of the business has continued to grow, they felt like taking a step away from having the high-end restaurant was the right next step.
