Vape shops run by gangs are targeting children, says Trading Standards
Frontline trading standards officers have told Channel 4 News they have received complaints of children being given vapes in exchange for sexual favours.
Ciaran Jenkins has been given access to an enforcement team from Dudley in the West Midlands, which says it’s discovered links to organised crime and chilling signs of child exploitation, including the illegal sale of vapes to children as young as 11.
