Cebu hit-and-run: Community mourns death of young businessman
LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Grief swept through the Cebuano community as a young entrepreneur lost his life in a hit-and-run incident on Sunday, February 8, 2026. The victim was Kingston Ralph Cheng, the 23-year-old owner of a pastry and coffee shop based in Cebu City. Budding entrepreneur Cheng found early success after The Mill Lifestyle Café opened in 2023, which, over time, gained popularity for its artisan breads and pastries.
