BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla clarified that his remarks suggesting Senate President Vicente Sotto III had no reason to worry about his position, and that arrest teams were on standby, may have sounded like a joke but were not meant to be taken lightly.
